Program Name

Advanced Manufacturing, Additive Manufacturing Track (M.ENG.)

To excel in today’s competitive business market, students will explore the latest manufacturing technologies in addition to learning more traditional hardware-based methodologies. Courses in the additive manufacturing track also include advanced materials processing, computer-aided design, and advanced CAD/CAM.

 

Advanced Manufacturing, Automation and Control Systems Track (M.ENG.)

To excel in today’s competitive business market, students will explore the latest manufacturing technologies in addition to learning more traditional hardware-based methodologies. Courses in the automation and control systems track include image processing, motion control systems dynamics, and robust control.

 

Advanced Manufacturing, Digital Manufacturing Track (M.ENG.)

To excel in today’s competitive business market, students will explore the latest manufacturing technologies in addition to learning more traditional hardware-based methodologies. Courses in the digital manufacturing track also include computer vision and image processing, advanced CAD/CAM, and robotics.

 

 

Autonomous Systems and Robotics (M.S.)

The M.S. in Autonomous Systems and Robotics focuses on physical systems and the internal algorithms by which they are controlled and monitored for real-time operations, environmental awareness, and decision-making. Graduates of this program will be leaders in the innovation and development of self-guided platforms needing limited intervention, including vehicles, robots, and collaborative physical systems.

 

Computer Integrated Design and Manufacturing (Certificate)

Students in the Certificate in Computer Integrated Design and Manufacturing program take a minimum of four courses on topics such as computer-aided design, robotics, and computer-integrated manufacturing technologies and systems.

 

Manufacturing Engineering (M.ENG.)

Materials Science and Engineering (M.ENG.)

This program provides students with knowledge and skills to develop and improve materials that impact everyday life. Students will study about such materials as semiconductors, nanotechnology, and bio-materials, and learn how newly engineered materials can advance the future of technology.

 

Materials Science and Engineering (M.S.)

The Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering will prepare you for cutting-edge research focusing on materials processing, crystal growth, energy storage, mechanical properties, and alloy development. Advance your knowledge in the field through post-baccalaureate coursework and state-of-the-art research.

 

Materials Science and Engineering with Specialization in Energy/Environment/Economics (E3) (M.ENG.)

The E3 specialization provides further focus in the areas of energy extraction, conversion, or utilization; environmental issues related to energy extraction, conversion, and utilization; and the impact of industrial ecology principles on the design and operation of energy systems.

Materials Science and Engineering with Specialization in Energy/Environment/Economics (E3) (M.S.)

This interdisciplinary program will provide students with training in energy technologies and an in-depth understanding of the associated environmental issues and economic forces that drive technology choices. Advance your knowledge in environmental engineering with applications in energy, environment, and economics.

 

Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (M.ENG.)

Students will gain in-depth knowledge of the field to make significant contributions in areas of high-impact innovation including robotics, manned and unmanned aircrafts and spacecrafts, driverless cars, biomedical devices, batteries, refrigeration systems, solar and wind energy, turbomachinery, and more.

 

Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (M.S.)

Product Quality and Reliability Assurance (Certificate)

Students in the Certificate in Product Quality and Reliability Assurance program take four courses on topics such as industrial risk management, applications in reliability engineering, and statistical quality and process control.
