Mathematics with Economics (BSC) 3 Years 

Interested in developing knowledge of a range of mathematical skills together with an understanding of the principles of economics? Our BSc Mathematics with Economics concentrates on the methods and modelling techniques of mathematics, but also provides the theoretical background for these ideas. If you have mathematical abilities and are interested in the theory of the subject and in the application of mathematical methods to economics and finance, then this is the degree for you.

 

Mathematics with Statistics (BSC) 3 Years 

Applying mathematical and statistical methods to commercial and scientific problems develops a rational approach to problem-solving. Our BSc Mathematics with Statistics provides excellent training in the methods and applications of mathematics and statistics. It covers pure and applicable mathematics, statistical theory and data analysis. You will use software packages to develop your understanding of the subject and to help you solve problems.

 

Mathematics with Management (BSC) 3 Years

Economics with Foundation Year (BSC) 4 Years 

Our BSc Economics with Foundation Year is designed to provide you with a core of rigorous, technically demanding, yet applications-oriented, skills in economics. You will acquire the knowledge and skills needed to equip you for professions requiring economic literacy and the analytical tools expected from a top economics degree.

 

Mathematics with Foundation Year (BSC) 4 Years 

This BSc Mathematics with Foundation Year provides a broad education in mathematics and the application of the subject to problems in the natural and social sciences. It covers theoretical aspects, as well as methods and modelling techniques. Economics and Business with Foundation Year (BSC) 4 Years 

This BSc Economics and Business with Foundation Year will develop your core knowledge and skills in economics and business management and prepare you to successfully complete a degree in a range of business-related disciplines. The core modules deliver key, cross-disciplinary knowledge in business and economics and you can then decide, via your choice of options, whether to continue studying an interdisciplinary mix or to take a more specialist route.

 

Finance with Accounting (BSC) 3 Years

You will also gain hands-on experience in academic research and data analysis, as a practical project is an integral part of the degree.

 

Economics and Business (BSC) 3 Years 

This course is ideal if you are interested in studying economics with a focus on management and business. The program will give you a strong understanding of economics and business while developing your ability to apply this knowledge to a range of real-world situations. It allows you to build your level of quantitative competence, and if you have not studied maths for some time, we offer short refresher courses which can be taken prior to the start of the degree.

 

Economics and Social Policy (BSC) 3 Years

It is also particularly suitable if you want to proceed to technically oriented Master’s programs in economics and finance.
